Notes:
Welcome to Day 2 of our ‘Perfect Pop’ week! In today’s episode, with the help of two listeners, Jim and Patrick play and discuss two awesome songs to help get your Tuesday going.
FUN FACT: Marvin Gaye was once in a boy band! In the 1950s, Gaye was a part of an all vocal group called The Moonglows; alongside the group’s founder Harvey Fuqua. Motown’s Berry Gordy Jr. loved the way Gaye and Fuqua performed so much, that he eventually signed them both to the label.
